During the current COVID-19 outbreak, some of our regular processes have changed. We are open and available to see patients who need physical therapy to address urgent musculoskeletal and mobility issues, however, you must follow the guidelines set forth by the governor's proclamation to remain home if you have any signs of illness currently or within the past two weeks or are in a high-risk population.

         If you are currently scheduled, please call to update us on your status; we are happy to provide support by phone should you have any questions regarding your home program. We will continue to keep you updated as the outbreak situation evolves in Seattle and Washington state.          With compassion as a cornerstone to our care, we will be your partner in a process that incorporates exercise and hands-on therapy during an hour of individual attention. We will thoroughly assess your movement and mobility restrictions, and together, create a program to restore your ability to move pain-free. We utilize stretch bands, balls, weights, bicycles, and treadmills to develop a home program so that you can progress as quickly as possible. We also incorporate myofascial release, mild forms of electrical stimulation, thermal ultrasound, TNS, and traction, as needed, to speed your healing.
